The Flip Check Story
Welcome to the Flip Check Journal!
The idea for this journal was born from the numerous challenges my coaching clients and I have come up against when attempting to keep track of the various notes, lists, commitments, responsibilities, etc., we find ourselves making throughout the course of the day.
The journal is meant to be both a scratchpad and a checklist consolidated into a single resource. It can be used to capture notes on the blank pages of the journal, then flipped over to write down shopping lists, projects, agendas—anything you want to organize and prioritize—on the preformatted checklists. It’s the marriage of your favorite notebook and your copious Post-it® Notes and to-do lists. It’s a simple, flexible productivity tool; a framework for keeping track of those otherwise-forgotten tasks, as well as a space for jotting down the reflections, discoveries, and insights you have throughout your day.
